My journey began when I realized that most of my suffering was self-created. When I didn't know myself, everything was a threat. Every life challenge invoked fear, confusion, and doubt.
I began the difficult, yet enjoyable process of self-inquiry. As I began to understand myself, fear was replaced by safety, confusion by clarity, and doubt by self-trust. The unknown became a thing not to run from, but to welcome & embrace. If you are going through pain, and can’t seem find a way out, I understand.
